- The creepy story (00:01:46)
Ok I wasn't the one driving it was a friend/roommate. We had just gotten home from a restaurant. About a couple miles away from the restaurant is a road and there's nothing but trees. So we are driving and he stops the car. I asked him why he stopped and he said "that dude is crossing the street up ahead. I don't road while he is looking at me. There is nobody there. So we start going - again and I hear a loud thump so I look out the back window and there's a dark figure about 4 yards behind us. The figure was maybe 7 ft tall and all black except for a white streak going across the figure's chest. I ask if that's the person he saw. He said yes. So w just kept going not even caring anymore. A few minutes goes by and we are in the city now. We are at a red light and the figure is sitting on the sidewalk with a teddy bear in its hand. When we started going again it just looked at us. When we got back to our apartment we both go to bed. An hour or two goes by and I wake up td the sound of my roommate screaming. He told me that the dark figure was staring at him through the the building window. We live on the 4th story of the building.

- Story Day #43 - The 2 kids that got caught passing notes in the class.. (00:01:40)
When I was in High School we had a kid pass a note to another kid all subtle like. They both sat behind me in the same row. The kid did not even read it, he put it in his pocket but the teacher saw. She made him stand up and told him to pull out the note. He refused. She legit reached into his pocket and said something like "Lets see what you are hiding from class." She saw the contents and went white. The note said something along the lines of "Package left in 2nd trash can of the 3rd empty room" or something like that. The police found a small amount of Heroin and a 22 pistol with no ammo in the said trash can underneath some balled up papers. This turned into a mess where the kids both claimed neither one wrote the note and were not the intended recipient. The event never got punished because they could never prove anything other than the teacher saw 2 kids pass a note. About 4 years after graduation I saw on myspace, yup that long ago, that one of them died to an OD and the other was arrested for his murder. They never got him for the murder, but did got him on a drug charge.
- Story Day #42 - Got Goosebumps because of Eiffel tower (00:01:43)
Me and my girlfriend at the time were traveling from New Zealand to my family back home in Sweden. We both decided to spend a bit more money to fly back to NZ through Paris instead of Amsterdam, just because we wanted to see the Eiffel Tower. It cost us maybe an extra $50 and we got to see it on the landing and then take off, but never actually set foot in Paris proper because we were poor students. When we landed in Auckland, New Zealand, we turn on our phones and notice that we have about 50 missed calls from our travel agent, which was odd. When we call her, she sounds super relieved and out of breath. She tells us the flight she originally suggested to us, the one from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, was shot down over Ukraine. My brain couldn't process that information at the time, but once I woke up the next day it hit me like a ton of bricks. $50 made the difference between seeing the big steel thingy that has so many photos of it and bring sent to Sweden in body bags piece by piece. Sometimes the absurdity of my existence comes over me, and this story always gives me goosebumps.
- Story Day #41 - His wife didn't even cry on his funeral. (00:01:37)
Went to a friend from colleges funeral about a month ago. He passed young, early 30s and had a wife and three small kids with the youngest two being twins born early this year. I get to the funeral and was surprised how well her wife seemed to be holding it together. Apparently the reason she wasn't very upset was because, the friend had been leading a double life for the past 13 years! He had always claimed his dad had owned a trucking company and then sold it leaving him really well off. He also had claimed his mom passed while we were in school, that he was an only child. Turns out none of it was. His mom and sister attended the funeral, the mom all of us, including his wife, thought had died when we were in college and the sister none of us knew existed. The trust fund he told that he set up for the girls doesn't exist. He had maxed out multiple credit cards she didn't know existed, and on top of all of this, he was cheating with multiple other women. I am still sad my friend passed but I we realized we never met the real him. We are doing what we can to help his family.
- Story Day #40 - A girl called me ugly so I ... (00:01:09)
This one time, when I was about 15-16, I was about to walk inside my building, had just placed the keys in the lock, I see two girls walking by behind me. I can actually hear one of them say, as she points at me: "Let's talk to this guy" But then her friend goes: "No, not him, he's ugly. Let's go." The girl that actually wanted to talk to me was cute and everything, man. So, not only did her friend cockblock me but she also called me ugly. And that hurt. I walk upstairs, walk into my place and then walk over to the balcony to see if I can spot the girls. They're right across the street talking to each other. I shout and and ask would you like to come over? They said yes, and I said not you, only you. She came. And I saw that 'WTF' look on her friends face which made me laugh.
- Story Day # 39 - A girl to me what to wear so I ... (00:01:17)
On the first day of the 6th grade, the most important decision a newly graduated 5th grader has to make during the summertime is what he will wear the very first day of 6th grade. After much consideration, I decided on a blue Florida Gators t-shirt, with matching blue Florida Gators shorts (tucked in, mind you), the ones with the Gator sewn on the left leg trim? [ thought I was the man. First day, an older girl sat next to me on the bus and we had a small talk: Me: Yeah, I'm excited for the first day. Her: What's up with your shorts? Me: What do you mean? We got them on vacation, they are the Florida Gators. Her: No. I can see. OMG, Is that your underwear? Me: What? Huh? This next line will haunt me for the rest of my life. Her: OMG, you are wearing boxer shorts as shorts! I was in 6th grade. I didn't know what boxer shorts were.
- Story Day #38 - The worst bachelor party. (00:01:03)
Went with the boys to a strip club down in Mexico. We were watching two girls rub whipped cream all over each other, when we heard a scream. We all looked up and one of the girls came running out of the bathroom yelling in Spanish. One of the girls had just died of an overdose in the bathroom. Several men went upstairs, picked up the girl's limp body, and carried it downstairs and out the front door. All the girls were shaken and crying. Then the boss called them all into the back room while we all sat around gaping at each other. 117K Five minutes later the girls came out with fresh makeup and smiles on their faces, acting like nothing had happened. We all got so creeped out we just went home.
- Story Day #37 - The appointment with the therapist was ... (00:01:41)
When I was at the first appointment with my former therapist, she started with the dreaded, "so, what brings you in here?" question. My answer was a discombobulated jumble of vague statements, one thought half-finished before leading to the next. I could barely keep eye contact because of the shame, so I was talking mostly to my knees. Finally I broke for a moment to try to gather my thoughts, and my therapist hit me with this: "Do you sit down in the shower?" She may as well have blown an airhorn. I don't remember how long I stared at her like she some demon before answering in the affirmative. I remember she looked a *little* satisfied - like she was glad she'd gotten that one right - before her expression disappeared. It wasn't something that pinged my radar because I'd loved long, hot showers my whole life. But sitting during the shower was a (relatively) recent development at the time, and I only started because I wanted to stay in the shower with the hot, noisy water pounding on my head until it got cold, and standing was too much effort. Still, her educated guess both shook me and made me feel seen, in a way my previous therapist never accomplished.
- Story Day #36 - My best friend set me up on a date and it was ... (00:01:53)
My best friend set me up on a blind date straight after my divorce. I was 22 and she told me I "needed a good man". She told me all about how this guy had a good job and he was so nice blah. She would NOT tell me how old he was, and would only send me blurry pictures. I felt pressured so I went. He was no where near as attractive as she had made him out to be, and much, much older than I expected. He looked at me and said, "she didn't tell you how old I was, did she?" Anyway, this guy proceeds to drive me around his property, which is huge and beautiful out in the country in TN. He takes me up on a mountain on a four wheeler and proceeds to try to kiss me. I, being terrified I might be mur***ed out here in the middle of nowhere, let him and it was one of the worst kisses I have ever had. Then he proceeded to absolutely trash his ex wife because she turned out to be a les*ian while walking me around the house they lived in. He then showed me the house he was living in with his brother which was basically just a shack. It was awful. I now tell everyone she tries to set up about this experience, and let them know not to trust her.
- Story Day #35 - I showed my father that he had no power over me! (00:01:46)
Due to the bad economy and poor money management, my parents have moved into the spare room of the house my husband and I bought a year ago. Things are mostly smooth, though I'm not the closest to them for several reasons I won't go into here. The other evening I was out gardening (because it's hot during the day and we have the luck of having a streetlight right next to our front yard, keeping it pretty well illuminated even after sundown, I mostly garden at night), and I thought I had gotten the hose twisted, as it kept getting stuck. This went on for a bit, when I realized that it wasn't stuck, but being pulled. I looked into the dim area just past the illumination of the street light and spied my father, crouched over and tugging the hose. Well I did the only reasonable thing to do, and I sprayed him. He yelled and ran inside with me chasing. 75K Once he got inside he made a face and goes "You can't get me now! I'm inside!!" In that father-to daughter-don't-you-make-a-mess tone of voice. I readied my hose, looked him in the eye and said, "It's my house." And just f***ing let loose with the hose. He was soaked. Worth cleaning up the mess for that moment of true fear in his eyes.
- Story Day #34 - She wanted to make a man out of a 12 year old! (Truth or Dare) (00:01:43)
I played truth or dare with a mixed group of kids. I was spending the night at a friends house whose older sister was also having a sleep over. We were three years younger and were of an age where avoiding the girls was the safest bet, I think twelve or thirteen. Anyways, the girls drug my two friends and I into a game of truth or dare. It got serious and a girl was dared to take me into a closet and "make a man" out of me. The girl took me into the closet and sat down next to me. She held my hand, said we weren't going to do anything, and we stayed in there for about twenty minutes while the game continued. I think she sensed how scared and embarrassed I was. They knocked on the door a couple times but she would scream to go away. The whole time we were in there we talked about how stupid the game was, and that she was sorry that I got singled out. When we finally left, after the other kids got bored with the game, she explained the whole thing away by saying she chickened out and we just talked. The way she explained it, it didn't even become a thing and the night was as uneventful as any other night. #TruthorDare
- Story Day #33 - If I am going down I am taking you with me. (00:02:19)
I was rock climbing and this guy who was my belayer for the day was busy spending most of his time flirting with a cute girl who is friendly but seriously not into him. He gets chewed out by our lead for not paying attention, but he continues to not pay attention as he is incapable of picking up cues. Well, there's me, twenty five feet or so off the ground with my rope slack and feeling my hands slipping because I'm just running out of steam. Now having told him three times to pick up the slack, I look down and see he's completely ignoring me. My mistake was looking down, as I reach to re-adjust my weakening hold and slip. The rope shoots out of his limp, sausage like fingers and I began to fall (I know a properly tied off rope shouldn't do that. I don't know how he screwed that up too). My only thought is if I'm going to fall, I'll damn well land on him. Well I did. I landed straight on his cushy body. I was barely injured. He was taken to hospital after having 80 odd kilos land on him from two stories up. I never happened to see him at that rock climbing club again.
- Story Day #32 - Things that I said as a child and the adults ignored. (00:02:25)
I once bought a game and when I opened it outside the shop it had no disc in it, I went back and they didn't believe me so I argued with them for at least 30mins before they tried to kick me out saying I was scamming them. After about an hour (They kept telling me to leave and get out of the way and trying to then ignore me) in total I got them to check the CCTV and the manager hadn't put the disc in the case. Without a word he got a copy and threw it at me and stormed off. I had a birth mark that was displaying all the classic signs of skin cancer but every time I tried telling my mum about the concerning symptoms, she brushed me off (she didn't even look). Eventually after 3-4 weeks I was taken to see a doctor and the situation then escalated very quickly (long story short I ended up having a cancerous 98K tumor the size of an orange removed). The doctor had many stern words with my mother after that. Begged my parents to not send me to Dislike school as I wasn't feeling well, it was photo day so understandably they sent me because they thought I was lying to get out of it, got the photos back and can see the chicken pox around my neck.
- Story Day #31 - The plan backfired Story. (00:01:59)
I receive a call from my then girlfriend and she tells me that things are not working between us and she broke up with me over the phone, during which I tried to rationalize why, how, what went wrong, etc. I rationalized and accepted and was ready to move on. I was sad and had no idea why did she broke up, heart tender obviously since the relationship was real for me at the time but she didn't want to listen so I had to accept it. Few hours later, I get a call from her, I again ask her what went wrong, did I do anything wrong? At this point is when she said "I am just kidding. We are not really broken up. I was just testing you to see if you would fight for the relationship", which I did but she acted like she didn't want to listen. But at this point of time, I lost my temper, I said No. No that's not how any of this works. I hate to break it to you, but your plan backfired. We really are broken up, because you do NOT test me like this. I was in so much grief and she was "just kidding".
- Story Day #30 - The Manager wrote me up Story. (00:01:38)
Follow your company policy. I worked at Burger King, one of my co workers was taking an order from a lady who kept asking how much her total was, and then cancelling food on it and changing her mind. I guess she was trying to keep under a certain dollar amount? Well at the Burger King I worked at, any cancelled food on an order needed a manager's password. So the manager had come by 3 or 4 times at that point. This was during dinnertime, mind you, so there was a line of customers out the door waiting. Finally, my co-worker pulled out a pad of paper and a calculator. He started writing this woman's order down and totaling it out by hand. The woman asked him why he was doing that, and he told her "When you make up your mind about what you want, then I'll put it in the register." This pissed off the lady, so she grabbed the notebook and tried to hit my co worker with it. He snatched it back from her and told her "Get out of here." My manager was only going to write him up for it, the manager agreed that the lady absolutely deserved it, but my manager had to follow company policy.
- Story Day #29 - The family Secret Story. (00:01:56)
My grandfather did not die of a heart attack in the garage, my grandmother accidentally hit him with the car. What happened was she was in the driveway trying to back out, he was standing in front of the car guiding her, she thought she was in reverse, she was looking back, pressed the gas, car went forward and pinned my grandfather against the garage door. I was 6 at the time and I still remember her sobbing uncontrollably at his wake, almost screaming. She kept calling out to him. They had been married 52 years. She never drove after that, she would walk miles to the grocery store. She never spoke about how he died, but spoke about him all the time. She would always tell me stories and ask me about my memories of him so that I wouldn't forget them. She lived another 23 years with that guilt. She was a strong lady. 1K Dislike Many years later, I had overheard my dad telling someone that his father had died of a car accident. I interjected and said "he died of a heart attack in a car, that's not a car accident". I was then let in on the family secret.
- Story Day #28 - I went out the store to leave my family! (00:01:48)
I had gotten out of the military and my wife and I had moved to a place where we had no friends or family. We had 2 little kids and in no way was I interested in being a family man. In all reality, I was looking for a way out and PTSD was in full effect. So, one day I just packed a bag while my wife was at school and pawned some things to get some cash, so I wouldn't leave her with nothing. When she got home we were actually really civil with each other and we were talking about the future, but I had made up my mind. I told her I had to run to the store, and she said okay and I said okay, and then my daughter ran up to me said "Daddy! Get me a surprise!" I tried not to cry right there the parking lot for a good 20 minutes crying. I ended up going to Walmart, got my kids some toys, and my wife some Hostess snowballs. ... on spot. I went to the store and sat in 214K Dislike The kids were so happy and my wife was looking at me weird, but never said anything. From then on I just fought against myself to always be there and this year my wife and I celebrated our 20 year anniversary.
- Story Day #27 - Lying to the gf Story! (00:02:17)
I was hanging out at friend's house when my mom texts me to inform me that my girlfriend is on her way back from college to surprise me. Extremely happy but shocked because my girlfriend hated this dude, so I prefer not to tell her that I was at this friend's place and had recently told her I was home. I call my mom to ask when will she be home? She said "anytime now" and I freaked out. I run out of this friend's house without informing him that I am leaving. I jump in the car and start flying home on a road I should definitely not be flying on. As God fated, I pass a cop and see him hit his brakes in my rearview. I instinctively floor it over the hill, pull into a parking lot, and cut my lights off (nighttime). Few seconds pass and I see him fly by with his wee-woos on. With no time to spare I pull back out soon after and finish flying home. Run inside, jerk my clothes off, lay on the couch, turn on the tv, and she knocks on the door not 5 seconds later. Mission Accomplished? Not yet, as soon as she enters, mom asks me "When did you come home?
- Story Day #26 - The Creepy Stories. (00:03:53)
Story #1 -. How my running and hiking adventures turned out? A few years ago I lived in a tiny condo right next to a few trails in San Diego. I was on a pretty strict running & hiking routine. One night it got dark faster than expected. A man who appeared to be about 6'3" approached me as I was nearing the end of my hike. He told me; with a smirk on his face, to be careful as there are many things that could hurt me when the sun goes down. The next day as I'm exiting my back gate he's standing there as if he's waiting for me. He introduced himself and admitted he's been watching me for awhile. I decided to pretend like I was grabbing something from my car and went back into my house. For the next few days I see this guy circling my condo, he was always walking around day and night. I checked the Megan's law website and surprise, there he was. Multiple charges including rape by force or fear and child pornography. I decided to contact his parole officer and he immediately returned my call and stated me to use extreme caution. He said he would do what he could to get him out of the neighborhood. After that call I thankfully never saw him again. Story #2 -. Sitting at the red light at the edge of the town ! I was 19 driving back home from my then boyfriend's house and stopped at a red light on the very edge of town, like city lights behind me but corn fields and shelter belts ahead of me, because it's like 2 in the morning I'm the only one sitting at the red light. No other car stopped near me, everyone just passed the light. Few seconds later, I saw something moving in my peripherals and because of my location I thought it was gonna be a deer, I didn't look back and waited for the light to turn green. I felt that someone was watching me and running towards me, so I turned my head and locked eyes with a man maybe in his 50s creeping towards my car. When he saw that I saw him he froze and it was then then that I noticed he had a tire iron. I ran the red light and sped out of there. Happened another time, on the same road but this was around 12 midnight, except I didn't see him until he attempted to open the door, which was thankfully locked. Ran that light so fast! Now I avoid going out at night at less crowded place and now it's my habit to lock the doors whenever I sit in a car.
- Day # 25 - Things I overheard Stories. (00:03:33)
Story #1 - Right time to go ? My uncle was in the end stages of pancreatic cancer. My mom called me in a panic telling me he was going to take all his pain meds at once to end it. I told her I understood completely and she should just leave him be. Then I called him and we talked, a really nice conversation actually- catching up on what my kids were up to, how things were going, etc. And I told him I supported his decision completely, it was his life and his choice. And he told me "I'll be straight with you, Novarunner-I'm not having anyone wipe my ass for me." And we had a laugh. Then I told him goodbye, and a couple days later I got word he had passed on--on his own terms. I miss him, but I am glad he got to choose at the end. I'm glad I supported his decision to go out how he wanted. Story #2 - Once I slept through a... *In college* Woke up to roommates bed creaking, I shoot up to see what the hell is going on. There I see some woman on her back with her legs full spread eagle and my roommate just pile driving it like it was his last day on earth. He usually does that and I have strong sleep so I don't get up. Like a good bro I quickly lie back down and pretend to be asleep. Her: (in between gasps of air) "Is your roommate awake?" Him: "Naw he sleeps through anything." They didn't notice that I was awake. Cut to next morning. I casually get up and turn on my Playstation 2 and start playing some random game. Roommates fling gets up and casually comes over and sits next to me. Her: "Good morning *my name*"Me: "Good morning *her name*" Her: "Did you sleep good last night?"Me: "Yeah, I can sleep through anything." It took them a second to get that.
- Day #24 - The Plot Twists. (00:03:25)
Stroy #1 - I didn't know who my colleague really was! I started working at Home Depot around 2005 and was somewhat of an introvert. I graduated in 2004 and really struggled breaking out of the high school mentality and not having a set group of friends to hang out with. So I start at Home Depot and a guy named Nick I work with invites me out drinking, I'm only 19 at the time, but he's a few years older. We ended up becoming very good friends but haven't necessarily breached the emotional shit beyond chicks. We used to go out pretty often back then. Fast forward a few months and my step-mom's mother dies. Pretty bleak stuff and I really just have my family to talk to, which of course isn't the same at all. I'm kinda struggling, my buddy Nick is drifting away as well and the day of the funeral comes. It's towards the end and I walk up to say my final goodbyes, look over, Nick is there staring at me dumbfounded. We high five, hug, and find out he's my step mom's nephew and we were both drifting away because we didn't have anyone to bring real shit to (outside of family). Been best friends since. Stroy #2 - How I started hating my prestigious job? I graduated law, and got engaged to the girl I had been with through university. We both applied for the same graduate program and ended up working in the same office in Canberra. Three months before our wedding I found out she was cheating on me with our mutual boss, and I broke it off with her. It got really, really ugly and the two of us ended up in a very bitter court case over property. Canberra is a pretty small city and the legal world is pretty bloody small there, too, and everywhere I went I bumped into my ex. It was beginning to seriously get me down, and I applied for an Australian government overseas development job in Tuvalu, a pacific island. It's quite a prestigious job to a two year contract on a rotating basis. get, with only two positions offered for 140K I was successful in the application and moved on-island to start my posting. To discover that my ex was the other successful applicant. I spent the next two years sharing a tiny office on a tiny island with the person that I quite honestly loathe more than any other in the world.
- Day #23 - The Cheating S.O. Stories. (00:04:59)
Story #1 - A guy shows up at my door ! June 1, 2018. My husband had kissed me goodbye and gone to work. I was cleaning the house for company who was coming to stay the weekend. The doorbell rang. There was a man at my door who introduced himself as the husband of a woman who my husband worked with. He was there to tell me that my husband and his wife were having an affair. He had busted them about six months prior and had told his wife that she had to end the affair. He thinks that she did end it for about three months, but then they started up again. When he found out they were at it again, he called my husband (because he knew if he confronted him in person, he'd be in a jail cell for what he'd have done). On the phone, he told my husband to leave his wife alone or else he would come and tell me everything that was happening. Apparently, my husband thought that he was bluffing. So I was literally the last to know. My husband never came home again. He got an Airbnb and a lawyer. The divorce was December 21, 2018. We had been together for 24 years. Still hurts. Story #2 - My college bf. I was the mistress in a marriage. The guy was an old bf from high school, we dated off and on. When we were off he would date this girl Kelly, and when we broke up for the final time he went and married her. Almost a year after we broke up, I was back in town on summer break from college and ran into him at my summer job. He gave me this sob story about how Kelly wanted a divorce and was taking his kid from him. I (stupidly) believed him, we exchanged numbers, started talking daily. He invited me over to "his" apartment, showed me his divorce paperwork, and ultimately things got sexual for a couple weeks. One day I swung by to pick up a pair of earrings I'd forgotten the day before. His best friend from high school answered the door. I asked if guy was around, best friend said no why would he? Turned out Guy was actually house sitting for best friend, it wasn't his apartment. Best friend also informed me that Guy and Kelly were in the process of BUYING A HOUSE, their marriage was fine. I was livid and disgusted. I went to work the following day, and in walks Kelly. I ask her what she's doing later that night and if she's available to talk. We meet up after I get off and I lay it all out for her. She teared up a bit, but ultimately she was pissed. She gives me their address and tells me to show up there unannounced the next day. I do and Guy is white as a sheet trying to get me to leave. Kelly shows up and they end up in a screaming match. So Guy ended up getting divorced and settled with a chunk of child support because Kelly informed the right people about Guys pot plants. None of us talk anymore. When I think about it, I have to shower at least twice.
- Day #22 - Messed with the Wrong Person Stories. (00:03:50)
Story #1 - My stepdad's a Superman! Stepdad used to run the Iron Man equivalent in our area. Also had the absolute conviction found in his generation that Justice was always on his side. Also he always slept naked (which I learned as a result of this incident). One late summer night two idiot kids tried to steal his truck out of his driveway. He sees this happening from his bedroom window and goes tearing out of the house, totally nude, and chases these two terrified kids for blocks screaming "I'M GONNA GET YOU!". The kids keep running on the small lane and dad keeps chasing them. He manages to tackle one of them and the other kid surrenders himself, dad threatens to call the police and the cops were on the scene already because obviously some concerned neighbour noticed this happening at 2am in our sleepy little town. God only knows what that 911 call sounded like, we can see a naked man chasing two kids, lol. Probably a good thing the cop already knew the kid as a car thief. He hung out with the sobbing teen and suggested my stepdad sit in the cruiser till my mom could bring him some pants. Story #2 - Momma bear in the hood! I grew up in a pretty shaky neighborhood. Lots of drugs, prostitutes, petty criminals. My older brother and I were in high school at the time and we would get home before my parents. For about a week, a man in a truck was sitting outside of our house at the same time every day when we got home, like he was waiting for us. Just sitting in the drivers seat, not looking at us or talking to us, just sitting there. It was really creepy but we just ignored him and went inside. My mom knew this was going on but he was always gone by the time she came home. One day, he was still there when she got home. BIG MISTAKE. Momma bear 110K came out. She went up to the truck, pounded on his window, and started screaming at him to get the fuck away from her house and if she ever sees him there again she's going to kill himDislike My mom is 5'1 but pure fury. Not someone to fuck with. We never saw him again.
- Day #21 - The Wedding Stories. (00:04:31)
Story #1 - The 180 degrees turn. At my work we host weddings. 6.2k A few years ago the groom and one of our waitresses were caught having sex on the ninth green by the maid of honour. Families of the groom and bride were out in the garden enjoying drinks. We were searching one of the waitress who wasn't picking the call and we couldn't find her. The maid of honour accidently found the waitress but with the groom in an unseeable condition and this had to be told to both the families. The 180 degree turn of drunk happy people to incredibly angry drunk people was insane, the families were screaming at each other the bride was crying, the mother of the bride was crying, the dad was being held back cause he was gonna finish the groom (understandable). The groom was just standing while looking down and didn't say a word. Groom's father was apologising but the bride's father was seriously uncontrollable and he beated the s*** out of the groom. We ended up calling the police, they came and escorted the grooms family out the door (some of the smart grooms family took off right away when they heard). It all happened within an hour. Story #2 - The Dj loses the power at the wrong moment. At a reception, my wife and I were on the dance floor and I reeeealy had to fart. I figured I'd do it while the music was loud. I stood back a little from her and let it rip the very second the DJ lost power. Everyone looked our way and saw me looking at my wife. They looked at my wife. She ran off in a huff. Then I still had bad gas and was looking for s place to let it rip. The hall had some bay doors to a balcony, so I backed my ass out the doors and blasted ass. I turned around to close the doors and saw the bride and groom were out there having an alone moment that I just farted on.
