Matt played 109 senior matches with Norwood Football Club, making his senior debut in 2014 at only 16 years old! Nunny went on to captain the Redlegs from 2021, and was captain for the infamous 2022 SANFL Grand Final win over North Adelaide. Josh and Matt go wayyyy back, and in this episode they discuss what it's like playing in the SANFL, work life balance, gaining captaincy of Norwood, 2022 Premiership and MORE!

Her focus is on multiple women's health conditions including endometriosis, PCOS, pregnancy, just to name a few. Kiara has conducted her Masters degree in this field, and her wealth of knowledge and expertise provided an amazing insight into women's health.
