We have all heard how routine may be best for our children, but life is not perfect. No matter how much you might try to stick to the same day-to-day schedule, as humans it is so normal to just do what feels right sometimes. Motherhood can be very repetitive, and that's why we believe mothers should be able to step out of the cycle and focus on what they need for themselves. Because again, like we always preach, MOMS MATTER TOO! It is essential for us to take some time away, do the things we love to do, and prioritize ourselves...for the better of yourself and your children. Let this be your reminder to do something for you today, even if it may be out of your norm. It is so easy to become comfortable in your current situation, so if you're looking for change, it all begins with being in the uncomfortable.(P.S. In this episode Janni Ayala & Rachel Anastacia sit down with our friend Mia as she talks about her experience with raising 3 boys at the age of 26.Mia has gone through 3 c-sections, the first one being an emergency when the umbilical chord wrapped around her babies neck; A MOTHER'S FEAR! She also experienced pre-eclampsia after giving birth to her youngest son. Talk about a strong mother!Mia also talks about raising a son diagnosed with ADHD and the hard decision of getting her son medicated. She says taking this difficult step has helped her mothering while also helping her child. whewww is this a topic that NEEDED to be talked about! let's face it-as woman, we all think about getting "old". one day or another, we are bound to spot the physical changes that come with age, everyone will. but let's remind ourselves that it is all a mindset. rather than fear it, try to accept it. for a very long time, woman have faced countless ends of judgment from others (as well as from themselves) as they have aged. youth is such a sacred thing, and looking and feeling "young" is something that every older person strives for. in this episode, Janni and Rachel speak on their own opinions and viewpoints of aging in society as women and mothers, and what they look forward to as they grow. change is inevitable, so let's not run from it-because as human beings we are supposed to be ever-evolving. that's just life! aging is truly something to be grateful for. as we get the opportunity to live out our lives, watch our children grow older, and do everything we dream of doing. we only get one body in this lifetime of ours, so let's hold onto it and take care of it while we can.💗✨
TRUMP IS GOING TO BRIBE US TO HAVE KIDS?? | Janni Ayala & Rachel Anastacia discuss the proposed "baby bonus" of $5k to increase the U.S. birthrate & how this WON'T solve our country's issues (00:43:31)
In this Episode Janni & Rach dive into the proposed "baby bonus" that President Trump is looking to get passed by Congress, which would cost the government $17.6 BILLION to fund.Since there has been a decline in U.S. births the government is essentially "bribing" women by offering $5000 in exchange for their reproduction. A decline that has occurred AFTER banning abortion in many states and the constant increase on the price of living.We discuss the risks of getting pregnant, giving birth, and how this proposal for financial compensation is made to make women seem like machines to help fund the economic crisis in the United States, without taking into consideration the many impacts it can have on a woman and these children.The U.S. government prioritizes our unborn babies but when it comes to the babies that have been born AND their mothers, they are no longer that priority. With no paid leave for parents, expensive healthcare, and millions of children homeless each year and thousands & thousands of children in the foster care system. Make it make sense?We also mention that the governments want to increase IVF accessibly and affordability and how this is actually a good thing for women who are trying or have been struggling with getting pregnant. As many of us have seen online women sharing their IVF journeys and the constant battle these couples have to go through to reproduce. The government SHOULD help with this!We want to make it very clear that we are NOT political at all but whenever it comes to women and mothers we have to talk about it. They remind us of the many things we should also love about ourselves because they are the best versions of us. Let's face it-every mistake is a lesson learned, So therefore, it is our job to pass down these lessons to our children, and guide them through as they grow. One thing about our generation as parents is that we have become very aware of the ways that we were raised, and the things that we might not want to pass down to our children. It's safe to say a lot of us are trying to break generational curses, and honestly...we should all give ourselves a pat on the back. It can be hard to unlearn things that we may have been brought up around, or let go of the feelings attached to those things. But, for the benefit of our children, we're doing the damn thing. It's so amazing to see all of us really try to be our best in this crazy world of motherhood. Just remember-you're doing great mama. And you are beyond loved!

We are constantly learning ourselves and will continue to learn ourselves as we grow older and meet new versions of ourselves along the way.As mothers, it's very important that we still prioritize our well being because not only do our kids need to live with that but so do we. Self care is childcare. We tend to carry the unhealed versions of ourselves into our adulthood & motherhood and that's okay, we just need to give our inner child the love and support that she deserves.We hope as you listen to this episode you realize that there is time for you to be the person and mother that you want to be. It may cause you to scream and cry and break down but YOU ARE CAPABLE!! We must give ourselves grace, time, patience, understanding, and love along the way. In this episode, Janni and Rach really wanted to talk about the "17 diapers" trend that has circling around the tiktok mom community. This trend has opened up room for moms to share their experiences with motherhood on topics that are truly just not discussed, like postpartum rage, aggression, anxiety, depression, etc. and what that looked like for them. As always, we also shared some of our stories for you to know that it is normal and there is nothing wrong with you. These are just the parts of motherhood that are basically kept a secret until you experience them yourself. Trust and believe that you are not alone!!On the other side of it, we talked about the insane amount of mom shaming that comes out of women sharing their vulnerable truths. This shame comes from other moms, men, and people who don't even know what it's like to raise a child. It's sad but people are always going to point fingers and judge without knowing what really goes on behind the scenes of a mothers life. That's why, as a friend, we should all be checking in with these women/men in our life and lifting them up because as we all know, parenthood and life itself can be difficult.We hope through this episode you understand that these things do happen and if you need help it's okay find someone you can talk to. While things are hard remember there is still beauty in the struggle. One day our babies won't be babies anymore and the struggle would have just been a phase. It's going to be okay. In this episode, we aimed to dig a little deeper into dad's point of view on experiences we shared as mothers, like finding out we were pregnant and giving birth. In this episode, we discussed our realities with going through changes having to do with our bodies. We wanted to be completely honest and open up to everyone about things we have gone through like eating disorders, insecurities, body changes, and learning to accept all forms of ourselves. We understand what it's like to feel like a "stranger" in your own body. Being a women is already hard enough, but stack being a mother on top of that and it can feel very isolating. Although we might not always like what we see in the mirror, every single one of us is beautiful no matter what stage we are in. Our bodies have changed so much and will continue to do so. We will never have a final form and that's okay. We want everyone to know that you are not alone in how you feel. But remember, we only get one body and we deserve to love everything about it. The journey to self appreciation can be difficult but YOU have all the power to make that difference. Not only have our bodies been there for us for our whole lives but it's created life itself.. what could be more beautiful? Our goal this episode is to validate everyone's feelings when it comes to their bodies but also remind us all that beauty radiates from within. If you are feeling alone please contact either of us to vent or outsource for help. Remember we were baddies then, now, and forever. Don't forget that. We love you.

In this episode Rachel & Janni talk about how life can take over sometimes and the importance of knowing that you are doing your best wherever you are. Everyone is going through their own struggles constantly, whether that's feeling defeated, being overwhelmed, anxiety, depression, etc. we are all going through something. Sometimes it takes taking a break from the things that "distract" you from how blessed you truly are and be as present as you can be. Keep learning, keep growing, and keep going. Give yourself grace and be patient! Trust & believe that you are that bitchh <3 ET stay home.
