As the aircraft climbs past 16,000 feet, pilots are alerted that a passenger was seen receiving a text message saying ‘RIP’. Interpreting this as a threat, the crew decides to return to San Juan out of an abundance of caution. After returning, the aircraft was inspected and cleared for take off.     In this episode, a magnitude five point two earthquake hits San Diego. The tower immediately suspends all air traffic to perform inspections and ensure the safety of all passengers leaving or arriving at the airport. Let's listen in.

    In this episode, American airlines flight sixteen sixty five is leaving Charlotte, bound for Las Vegas. On its initial climb, the air traffic controller reports smoke coming out of the right engine. Pilots request to return to Charlotte for an immediate emergency landing. Let's listen in.

    In this episode, following a crisis in the Middle East, fears arise that Iran may attack American military bases. In response, airspace is completely closed in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. Let's listen in.

    In this episode, A Beechcraft is flying from Anchorage to Kenai. The plane is  on initial climb when the pilots declared mayday due to flight control issues.    The issues made the aircraft only able to turn left, so they decide to return  to Anchorage for an emergency landing    Let’s have a listen.

    In this episode, a United Boeing seven thirty seven is departing from Boston en route to Denver. While on the initial climb, the pilots reported that a bird had struck the left wing of the aircraft, leaving visible damage.    The pilots radio to the tower to arrange an emergency landing.

    In this episode, a Cessna business jet departs from Wichita (KAAO) bound for San Diego Montgomery airport (KMYF). The aircraft Crashes into a military housing community for unknown reasons which destroys part of a house and the vehicles nearby.    This crash sadly resulted in 2 known fatalities and is under investigation.   Let’s Listen In.
