  1. diaries of an ocd girly (00:47:33)

Hi guys! I'm so excited that you're here for another episode of Alone Time. Today I'm getting real vulnerable and sharing about my current relapse with OCD. If you've ever struggled with OCD or anything mental health wise, this episode will probably resonate with you. If not, then you'll just have more insight into the way my mind works (unfortunately) LOL. I recently listened to a church service that talked about how to not live in fear, and I feel like it was really something that I needed to hear. So for today's episode I thought I’d share some of the notes I took from that service in hopes it may be encouraging for someone else out there. Thanks so much for listening! @alonetime.pod @madi.aldy.photo

  2. postpartum q&a (00:50:28)

This week I'm answering all of your questions about postpartum. The good, the bad, and the ugly! I feel like I joined a secret club after having a baby. It's been quite the wild ride both physically and emotionally these last few months. I'm hoping this episode will bring comfort and relatability to any other new mamas out there or mamas-to-be. There's so many ups and downs when it comes postpartum and I find it therapeutic to talk about them all. Remember that everyones journey and experience with this time period is different, and that's what makes it so special, even on the hard days. Don't forget to follow the podcast instagram for future q&a episodes! @alonetime.pod

  3. let's catch up! (00:54:15)

  4. why i quit the wedding industry (00:37:53)

Here it is! An open and honest episode about why I personally decided to leave the wedding industry. As with most things that come to an end, it's bittersweet. There are things I will miss about photographing weddings of course, but also a lot of things I'm relieved to say goodbye to. Ultimately, I'm just very appreciative of the amazing wedding clients I've had the pleasure of working with throughout my time in the industry. They are the reason I kept at it for as long as I did. It's a tough job, and I think SO highly of anyone who decides to put themselves out there in the wedding industry. My birth experience definitely didn’t go exactly how I would have hoped, BUT overall I would say it was a pretty positive experience. I never want to forget exactly how everything went, so I figured recording this episode while everything is still fresh in my mind would be a good idea.
