So I'm having to make a quick shift and remove all of the references to the Four pillars and change them to the FIVE pillars which I've checked and know is not trademarked. I also know that our "pillars" differ some so I should be safe. I've also included a quick clip in here about circadian which was my planned topic for tonight and I'll touch on much more next week.
