I've been sharing content about what it's like living with idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) and migraines for a few years now on YouTube and I'm hoping to make it easier for you to listen on-the-go with having my episodes available via podcast. We all have busy lives and sometimes sitting down to watch a lengthy video is just not possible. For those of you who prefer audio, I hope this helps give you another way to enjoy my content.
