Turns out, it isn’t any of us! We’re vibrant, funny women who happen to be going through a bit of a crappy time but we don’t have to suffer in silence anymore. The more we share, the more we see we’re all in this together and we can laugh our way through it and out the other side! I'm India Fisher and I knew nothing about what was happening to me when my symptoms first hit. So I'm on a mission to change that. I’m going to chat to women like you about what they're going through, to Dr Katie our Menopause Specialist and to experts in all aspects of our Menopausal lives. I'll also be chatting to my "Orcas", inspirational women in the public eye who are bucking the traditional image of what it is to be a woman at this stage of life and proving that life out the other side is worth celebrating.We want answers and we’ll get them, but what we need is each other. I can’t guarantee listening to this Pod will help you remember your child’s middle name or stop a hot flush. But it might take your mind off the fact that you can’t!
