In a world that glorifies 'doing more' and many living in dysregulation and chronic stress, learning how to slow down, tune in to our bodies and listen in to what we intuitively need is a priority we all need to adopt. As a dedicated Yogi and Meditation Facilitator, I have designed this podcast for the ones who keep hitting burn out. The ones who want to do it all but are no longer willing to compromise their health to get there. The ones who (just like me) aren't afraid to dream big, have a zest life and know deep down that they are worthy of having it all without running themself into the ground to claim it.
