  2. BEVApod Focus - How to approach behaviour change with Melissa Upjohn and Sophie Eaden (00:25:35)

In recent years we've talked a lot about how we try to get clients to change their behaviours but how do we make changes in our practice or the profession? Realistically the method is the same but for both it can be really easy to fall into doing what's known in the behaviour change world as an "ISLAGIATT" (it seemed like a good idea at the time) approach. Listen in as Melissa, equine vet turned researcher turned behaviour change specialist, tells us about a useful framework and strategy to help us not waste our time and energy on doing things that are unlikely to have the impact we want them to.

Following this she used her 'veterinary passport' to make the most of seeing the worlds and has settled for an antipodean life as a repro vet... for now!
