The tougne is a powerful weapon as we learn in the bible and law of attraction, when talking about your self, or about your self you must always speak highly and positively. Your words can make or break you, you may say a certain negative thing so much your subconscious will manifest it. Also advise doing this with your spouse, kids, family and friends, positivity can change lives, and negativity can as well, never, when people hear something often they believe, tell your loved ones how worthy and great and amazing they are. If they earn the praise if not, I advise staying away and if its your kid discipline can be done without speaking down on them there is a difference, your subconscious Mind will take your Conscious Mind's thoughts and words, and turn them into reality.
You can only manifest things you feel worthy of.

The problem with not having self esteem or self worth is you will always look to others to make you feel like you matter, but others are looking for you to show your worth so they can feel like they are in the presence of greatness and only you can do this. No one really values trash so if you are feeling like you are worthless, how will other value you. You put the price on you. Stop selling your self short. Make demands and stop setting your standards low. Reach high so high people think you are crazy till boom you WIN YOU ACHIEVE IT,YOU MANIFESTED IT.
Stop letting people put the price tag on you they always want a bargain hmmmm someone will catch that. Why would they pay full price and do what it take to keep a queen, when you letting the sell you at the dollar store.
One more important point about self love that people ignore, they ignore the fact that people who you surround yourself with and protecting your energy is a part of self love. These things feed your soul and what you feed your soul you think about and what you think about you usually become, ayyyye yall ain't hearing me. If you love your self CUT THEY ASS OFF, DELETE THEM OF ALL MEDIA. ITS OK to replace friends with people that fit into what you believe in now
