  1. Episode #26 - The Last Carbonara? (00:57:23)

You read the title. And yes, this is the last episode of British Carbonara... for a while.  We're taking a small break for a couple of weeks, that's why we made a slightly longer episode to keep you company in theese dark times. After spending too much time talking about Community, ya bois discuss the new sensation of anime podcasts, Trash Taste. Leo also talks about the imporv show "Middleditch & Schwarts", the great jalf japanese half british tv show "Giri/Haji" and a great documentary about transgender representation in media, "Disclosure". Mario, on the other hand, proves his weebness once again, talking about his recent manga reading, such as "Mashle", "Time Paradox Ghostwriter" and the promising "Undead Unluck". And, as always... #PleaseExcuseMyEnglish

  2. Episode #25 - An Awesome Muffin Time (00:52:01)

In this 25th episode of British Carbonara we find Leo extremely excited about a tabletop game created by the YouTuber "Tomska" and Mario complaining a lot about a series he really thought he would love: Netflix's "Japan Sinks". Other topics include the tv show Chambers with Uma Thurman and the new animes airing this Summer, especially the longly awaited Season 2 of Re:Zero and the beautiful and action-packed God of Highschool! Hope you will enjoy and, as always... #PleaseExcuseMyEnglish!

  3. Episode #24 - Don't Fuck With Heisenberg (00:53:05)

Here we go! (Please don't read it in a Super Mario voise, that's very racisism) Another week, another episode. This time your favourite bois will go through some of their favourite topics, like the Eurovision and One Piece. Mario's going also to talk about this new, very underrated and unpopular series that you definitely haven't heard of: Breaking Bad. While Leo will discuss an actually very new tv shows that seems to have a lot of potential: The Stranger. Get ready for this and many more things in this new episode and, as always, #PleaseExcuseMyEnglish

  4. Episode #23 - The Mistery of Episode 9 (00:48:19)

In this new episode Leo and Mario discuss some recently aired shows like Netflix's I'm Not OK With This and the very underrated animed series "The Hollow". Other topics include the 2018 Bo Burnham movie "Eight Grade" and the very strange Netflix history documentary "History 101", that for some strange reason in Italy has one episode missing.... why is that you ask? We have no idea. Hope you enjoy our usual broken English rants and as always... #PleaseExcuseMyEnglish!

  5. Episode #22 - Just Sunshines And Rainbows (00:55:59)

Sorry for skipping a week, but here we are with a new Episode! This time Mario talks about his misudventuers with the manga Baki The Grappler and his newfound love for the anime. Also tries to convince Leo to watch a superhero tv show and, somehow, he managed to do it. On the other hand, Leo promises to not talk about things that made him angry and only about nice things. He said. And failed. And also died [cit.]... But jokes aside, he talks about the new Snowpierser tv show and an hiddend gem on Netflix: a basque movie called Errementari. Hope you'll enjoy our company and, as always #PleaseExcuseMyEnglish

  6. Episode #21 - Japan Stinks (00:38:27)

This week we struggle to maintain a healthy balance between the weeb content and the "normal" one, as Mario talks about "Great Pretender", a brand new anime full of potential, and Leo rants a lot about the Amazon Prime Video series "Upload", that didn't meet his high (some might say way too high...) standards. We also have another shot at the "live-reaction-in-podcast-form"... commenting on the upcoming new Masaki Yuasa anime, "Japan Sinks"... or "Stinks", how Mario would read it. Hope you enjoy our rambling and as always... #PleaseExcuseMyEnglish!

  7. Episode #20 - A live reaction in podcast form (00:47:06)

In this week's episode we talk about something Leo missed a lot during this pandemic time: Eurovision, and about a wonderful, insane YouTube video related to that. Somehow we even try doing a live reaction to it through the obviously very appropriate medium of podcast! Meanwhile, Mario discusses the new trailer for the upcoming final season of Attack on TItan and, in particular, complains a lot about how bad he is at the real time strategy game Civilization VI. Hope you enjoy our rants and as always... #PleaseExcuseMyEnglish!

  8. Episode #19 - Please Excuse Our Weebness (00:52:17)

The Spring season of anime is coming to an end, so it's time to discuss what was worth watching and what was pure garbage. We talk about BNA, the latest Trigger show, with it's strengths and weaknesses, we get VERY emotional discussing Sing Yesterday For Me and we fall into depression thinking that what was probably going to be the best show of the season, Appare Ranman, got delayed due to the pandemic. After this and a whole lot of shows, Mario talks about a new. very promising manga on Shōnen Jump: Time Paradox Ghostwriter.

  9. Episode #18 - Dangerous opinions and misunderstandings (00:44:31)

What's up gamers? The Carbonara Bois are back in town! This week we're very happy with Guy Ritchie who's stopped messing around with fantasy and Disney and is back it his own thing. We also talk about the newest episode of Rick and Morty and we have probably a very dangerous opinion on the new show everybody is talking about, Midnight Gospel. Please don't be mad. Also, Mario talks about a promissing chinese cartoon, Scissor Seven, and Leo, being the hipster he is, decides to watch a tv show from 19fucking59, The Twilight Zone. You know, something unheard of that probably never accomplished much... Oh, and Mario can't distinguish Colin Farrel from Colin Firth. You do what you want with this information.

  10. Episode #17 - Jojofest Part 1: Carbonara Blood (00:51:54)

*ATTENTION* *ATTENTION* - This episode is longer than usual simply because we spend a lot of time talking about Jojo... and that means a never-ending discussion about the show, where Leo admits his love for the ultimate chad Dio Brando and his disgust for the poor dog Iggy. I guess we're just gonna have to agree to disagree on that second one... Other topics include Tower of God's anime and its cut content from the webtoon and the strange yet interesting movie that is Lazy Susan! Hope you enjoy and.... #PleaseExcuseMyEnglish!

  11. Episode #16 - A Wholesome Episode (00:47:02)

For once, your favourite mamma-mia-pizzeria-boiz are goin to talk about joyful and wholesome stuff (mostly), so get yourself ready for some good vibes

  12. Episode #15 - Tribute to a lost Carbonara (00:37:07)

As Jack Black once said (sort of...): "This is not the best episode of the British Carbonara Podcast. This is a tribute to that, because we lost last week's episode." So yeah, after skipping a few weeks we're back talking about some dumb stuff. Topics are particularly strange today: from the weird Netflix documentary Tiger King to the insane sit com Community to the weird podcast/animated series that is Mindight Gospel! Hope you will enjoy and as always... #PleaseExcuseMyEnglish!

  13. Episode #14 - Weebs being weebs (00:45:03)

Quarantine can't stop us! Having a lot more time for ourselves we ended up talking about a lot of things this time, from international movies, to classic videogames and even the new anime season!

  14. Episode #13 - Karma for Pirates (00:39:34)

In this new, weirdly titled, episode of British Carbonara we talk mainly about Netflix subtitles and the strange problems that come along with them, in particular regarding things like Violet Evergarden or the heist tv series La Casa de Papel. We also give our thoughts on another really popular Netflix show of last year, the beautiful yet flawed Carole and Tuesday, and have a quick discussion on the imminent return of the anime of Tite Kubo's Bleach! Hope you enjoy our rambling and as usual... #PleaseExcuseMyEnglish!

  15. Episode #12 - Unexpected magical girls (00:50:37)

Ciao everyone! Another very anime-centric episode, because that's how weeb we are! This time your favorite mamma-mia-pizzeria-boiz will talk an awfull lot about magical girls, classical music and horrifying death. Hope you'll enjoy ^^

  16. Episode #11 - Late Show with the Doctor (00:32:17)

After a week break British Carbonara is back with a new episode heavy on the science fiction talk! We discuss the finale of the twelveth series of Doctor Who and talk about Altered Carbon's new season. Finally, we focus also on the topic of Late Shows and in particular on one of our personal favourites: "Last Week Tonight with John Oliver"! Hope you enjoy all our rants and as usual... #PleaseExcuseMyEnglish!

  17. Episode #10 - A very YouTube-ish episode (00:52:20)

It wasn't planned, but things turned weird and we ended up talking a lot about youtube related stuff... but still interesting things! Promise! We also tried to improve our "format", Mario seems to have a thing for middle-aged englishmen and Leo reveals that he is the real mastermind of this podcast. Hope you'll enjoy, and #PleaseExcuseMyEnglish

  18. Angry Carbonara - Valentine's Day special (00:41:07)

Since is the love season, why don't talk about things that get us mad? Get ready for a spicy episode

  19. Episode #9 - Promare Horseman of Death (00:43:45)

This episode is a giant fan-gasm of Leo about two of his favourite topics: Bojack Horseman and the new smashing hit anime movie by Studio Trigger "Promare"! We also get Mario's take on the movie, which won't be as enthusiastic. We also get a brief mention on the brand new one-shot sequel chapter to Death Note, that was recently published on Shounen Jump! Hope you'll like our mindless bantering and as always... #PleaseExcuseMyEnglish!

  20. Episode #8 - Jukebox Carbonara (00:35:20)

In this brand new episode we spend a lot of time talking about music in many forms: Gorillaz and their recent projects, the 2020 Eurovision music contest and even a weird, absurd song about Mark Zuckenberg! Other topics include tv shows (as usual) like "Killing Eve" and the recently aired Netflix original "The Witcher". Hope you enjoy!

  21. Episode #7 - Halloween... in January?! (00:39:39)

Ciao everyone! As the title may suggest, this week your favourite mamma-mia-pizzeria boiz are going to talk about a lot of creepy and horror-like topics. The reason, you ask? None, obviously.   Mario talks about scary and uncomfortable YouTube channels, new weird anime and manga series, while Leo talks about sad movies, a new weird (but gorgeous) anime, but also about a certain Irish podcast you may have heard of. Hope you'll enjoy our company, and as always #PleaseExcuseMyEnglish

  22. Episode #6 - Grumpy guys mad at the Oscars (00:46:01)

For this new episode Leo and I take a look at the 2020 Academy Awards! Soon enough though the discussion shifts more widely to the "Oscars" as a whole and our own grumpyness inevitably shines through. We discuss about how animated movies are percieved, about how much Netflix stuff is nominated this year and, for some reason, about how Frozen 2 somehow manages to be more hystorically accurate than the show Vikings. As usual, we go off rail, but still... we hope you enjoy our mindless bantering!

  23. Episode #5 - Linguistics tangents (00:41:40)

Hi everyone! This week Mario tries to talk about the lastest episode of Doctor Who and Leo tries to talk about The Lighhouse, a nearly 2hr long b/w movie that has literally only two characters. Please hold your enthusiasm. In the meantime they both digress a lot talking about european culture and languages. I know, even more exiting. Anyway, here's our little podcast, hope you'll enjoy. #PleaseExcuseMyEnglish

  24. Episode #4 - 2019 Endorsements (01:16:50)

After a long pause we decided to start the new year with a kick! To compensate the weeks we skipped we made this very THICC episode where we go through the things that really impressed us in 2019. As every episode goes, we will laugh, forget basics words and have a good time. Hope you'll enjoy our company.

  25. Christmas Carbonara - A half-Christmas episode (00:38:41)

Why only half Christmas you ask? Well, long story short: like the old married couple that they are, Mario and Leo had an argument and the result is this. A messy thing, almost without any logical order, improvised for a better part, but made with love. Like every "good" British Carbonara should be. This week Leo talks about Chrismassy things, Mario talks about Doctor Who (for a change /s) and a lot more! Hope you'll enjoy our company, and as always #PleaseExcuseMyEnglish
