1. D4VD GOES RADIO SILENT AS CELESTE MURDER INVESTIGATION INTENSIFIES02.10.2025 (00:41:50)

   The night the decomposed remains of Celeste Rivas Hernandez were found in David Anthony Burke's Tesla, police in Hempstead, Texas, were dispatched to Burke's parents' home. After receiving a 911 call of shots fired, a woman screaming in the background, and a report of a dead person at the location, officers approach the house with guns drawn. Burke's shocked parents open the door, and Burke's father says, "Someone is messing with us." The details adding fuel to the mystery of the death of the troubled girl as we learn deputies were called to her home 11 times in one year, including three times, March 19, 2024. This is the day Celeste is seen on surveillance video near a liquor store on the same block as her house, walk-running around 7 a.m. The investigation escalated as investigators seized electronics and computers from Burke's rented Hollywood Hills mansion. Their purpose was to locate signs of blood. Using Luminol, a chemical spray that reveals traces of blood, investigators focused their search on the floors, drains, and other surfaces inside the home.    Logan Federico, 22, takes a break from two jobs and classes at South Piedmont Community College in Waxhaw, North Carolina, to spend a weekend visiting friends who attend USC in Columbia, South Carolina. The aspiring teacher and her friends were returning from a night out just before three a.m. The young men and women quickly disperse to their rooms, planning to sleep late Saturday morning. Unbeknownst to them, a burglar is on the prowl in the quiet neighborhood, rummaging through nearby homes. Most of the neighborhood is home to USC fraternity brothers, and with frequent late-night house parties and each roommate on a different schedule, doors are seldom locked. The burglar gains access to the neighboring home no problem—walking right through one of the doors without a sound to alert anyone of his presence. Just after 11 a.m. Saturday morning, the brothers and their visiting friends are woken with a start—a gunshot just rang out inside their home. The panicked young men and women gather in the living room, but Logan hasn’t come out of the guest room. Her friends burst through the door to check on her and find Logan unconscious, lying in a pool of blood. It appears her belongings have been ransacked.    After nearly three weeks of testimony, a jury takes just three hours to find 75-year-old Donna Adelson guilty of all three charges levied against her. Adelson is convicted of conspiracy to commit murder, solicitation to commit killing, and first-degree murder in the hit on her former son-in-law Dan Markel. Now, Adelson has filed a motion for a new trial, claiming multiple instances of jury misconduct, bias from the judge, and a lack of evidence to support the verdict. The 18-page motion comes just two weeks after Adelson’s conviction and includes a request to interview two of the jurors who decided her fate. Adelson accuses the jury foreperson, juror number seven, of failing to follow the judge’s instructions on speaking about the case. Adelson claims Jacey Maxen Walker posted a TikTok about her selection to the jury on the third day of trial, then deleted the post. Adelson writes that Maxen Walker then went viral for her posts discussing details of the case immediately after the verdict. 8. D4VD’S ALTER-EGO 'PAIN,' TESLA KEY CARD HIDDEN IN GUTTER, CELESTE, 14, BODY IN TRUNK29.09.2025 (00:42:33)

   A Tesla key card allegedly found near David Anthony Burke, also known as D4vd, Hollywood Hills home, raises questions in the Celeste Rivas Hernandez murder. Conspiracy theories abound, with one suggesting Celeste died due to an overdose; those around her panicked and hid the body, fearing the death would expose Burke to scrutiny about her age. This could also explain why they wouldn't call 911. Or someone is framing Burke for the death of Celeste. Multiple people are known to have been driving Burke's Tesla. Steve Fischer says a crime definitely occurred, as Celeste did not put herself in the Tesla. The Tesla has multiple cameras, including a front-facing camera, two cameras on the windshield, two cameras on the side fenders, and a rear-facing camera, for a 360-degree view of the vehicle's environment. While driving, the Dash-Cam feature uses the exterior cameras to record footage in a loop, continuously capturing the car's surroundings. The cameras send high-resolution images to the vehicle's onboard computer, which analyzes the data using a neural network. The data is combined with other sensors to create a comprehensive understanding of the environment. Burke's Tesla was not reported as "stolen" or "missing"; it was reported as an abandoned vehicle by a neighbor. This is the report that led to law enforcement coming out on August 27 and ticketing the vehicle the first time and marking the tires on the car to check for movement. On September 3, the Tesla was ticketed again and towed on September 5. Video from a liquor store near Celeste's home shows the teen just after 7a.m. on March 19, 2024, walking down the street wearing a black hoodie and white pants. On the video, the teen is seen jogging around a corner and alternating between a walk and a run before vanishing.     Thirty years after Susan Smith drove her car into a lake with her two sons strapped in their car seats, she sought parole. A parole board denied her request, and a suitor later revealed that Smith had dreamed of appearing on “Dancing with the Stars.” She is reportedly “devastated” that her bid for parole failed. Now we learn from shocking texts that Smith is being sent money by multiple men with whom she is in contact from behind bars. After high school, Susan Leigh Vaughan married David Smith. They had two sons, but the marriage faltered despite the children. The couple separated multiple times. During one separation, Susan began dating Tom Findlay, the single son of a wealthy mill owner. Smith imagined a future with Findlay until she received a "Dear John" letter from him, stating he did not want an instant family. On the night of October 25, Susan Smith knocked on the door of a house near John D. Long Lake. Hysterical, she told the man who answered to call the police. She claimed an armed Black man had carjacked her at a red light, with her two boys—3-year-old Michael and 14-month-old Alex—still in the car. For days, Susan repeated increasingly inconsistent versions of the carjacking story. Eventually, Smith confessed. There had been no carjacker. Feeling desperate, alone, and suicidal, she had taken her sons for a drive. At John D. Long Lake, she put the car in neutral, jumped out, and watched as it sank. Scuba divers later found the vehicle with the boys still strapped in their seats. Since her conviction and incarceration, tabloid reports have alleged that Smith told prison investigators about four sexual encounters with Lieutenant Houston Cagle, a supervisor at South Carolina’s Women’s Correctional Institution. Cagle admitted to having sex with Smith and another inmate. In August 2000, he was charged with the offenses, pleaded guilty, and served three months in jail. Captain Alfred Rowe also pleaded guilty to having sex with Smith and received five years of probation. Over the years, several men have written to Smith, fueling her hopes for a life beyond prison. 14. SHEIN Launches Investigation after Luigi Mangione Appears Modeling Men's Shirts in Their Ads 27.09.2025 (00:41:55)

    A new investigation surrounding Luigi Mangione. The retail giant Shein is trying to figure out who used a likeness of the accused murderer in an ad campaign on the company's website. It has now been removed but the image of Mangione was used to model a white, short-sleeved shirt. A spokesperson from Shein says the likeness was provided by a third-party vendor. Mangione has been indicted on first-degree murder in furtherance of terrorism. He is also charged with two counts of murder in the second degree, with one of those counts also denoting Mangione murder of CEO Brian Thompson as an act of terrorism. Now the Federal government is seeking the death penalty. Attorney General Pam Bondi directed federal prosecutors to seek the death penalty which marks the first such directive by the Trump administration. New York, where the murder occurred, has abolished the death penalty, and Mangione's lawyers are attempting to block the federal death penalty pursuit, arguing the move is a political stunt. Police questioned Mangione's mom the day before he was captured. She told officers that the shooting 'might be something that she could see him doing.' 15. BARRY MORPHEW CHARGED IN WIFE SUZANNE’S MURDER WALKS FREE26.09.2025 (00:45:06)

    Indicted for the first-degree murder of his wife, Suzanne, Barry Morphew has been held in jail with a three million dollar cash-only bond. After turning down Morphew's request to lower his bond to a $500 thousand dollar cash-only bond, Judge Amanda Hopkins changes the bond to allow Morphew to use a 'surety,' a bail bonds company, meaning Morphew would only have to come up with 10 to 15 percent of the $3 million. Friends and supporters provide the funds, and bail bondsman Richard Jordan of Denver's A-1 Bail Bonds gets Morphew out of jail to await his murder trial. Morphew's bond restrictions begin with a GPS monitor, a ban on leaving Colorado, and surrendering his passport. He is also under strict house arrest and can only leave his home for medical emergencies or meetings with attorneys. He's not allowed to consume alcohol or controlled substances. There is a mandatory protection order barring him from contacting witnesses or the victim's family, except his daughters, one of whom was with the bail bondsman to get Morphew out of jail. He cannot possess firearms or dangerous weapons, and he must only use his legal name.     D4vd was living in a home leased by his manager, Josh Marshal, but since police served a search warrant looking for blood at the residence, the singer has decided not to live in the $20,000-a-month home. The home was leased from the owner, Mladen Trifunovic, who says Marshal signed the lease in February and he didn't know D4vd was living in the house. Regardless, after the raid on the home, Trifunovic says they didn't want to live there anymore and are breaking the lease. Trifunovic says he doesn't know what was found or what kind of tests were conducted in the house. Now, police are scouring the area around the home where the Tesla with the dismembered and decomposing body in the frunk was parked before being towed, and they are looking for video. The rental home has security cameras positioned at all entry points, in the backyard, and on the street so people can't go in or out of the house without being recorded. Even as police investigate, photos are circulating alleging Celeste was with D4vd at his concert in Silver Springs, Maryland, on August 24. If true, these photos create a timeline from August 24 until her dismembered, decomposing body is found in D4vd's Tesla in an impound lot on September 8, one day after her 15th birthday. It is reported the Tesla was parked on the street for a month before it was reported abandoned on September 3rd and towed to the impound lot on September 5. The footage shows a person looking very much like Celeste Rivas on the balcony to the side and back of the stage. This is an area usually reserved for backstage pass access only. Her hair is the same style as Celeste's, and she is wearing a black tube top and ripped blue jeans.     Celeste Rivas Hernandez is just 13 when she is reported missing from her family home in Lake Elsinore, 70 miles southeast of Los Angeles. Described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds, the child was last seen wearing a black shirt, gray pants, and Hello Kitty sandals. Her mother says she has a boyfriend named "David." Residents in a Hollywood Hills neighborhood grow tired of a damaged and dusty 2023 Tesla Model Y with a Texas license plate parked on the street for a month and report the vehicle abandoned. The car is towed to an impound lot, where days later employees at Hollywood Tow notice a foul odor coming from the car and call police. Responding officers discover a decomposing body in a bag in the frunk of the Tesla. The Tesla is registered in Hempstead, Texas, to David Anthony Burke, better known as the singer/songwriter D4vd. The car was never reported stolen. The severely decomposed, partially dismembered remains found in the Tesla are identified as Celeste Rivas, 15, but 13 at the time she went missing, more than a year ago, in Lake Elsinore, California. She was identified through forensics, and a cause of death has not been determined. A search warrant is executed on the house singer D4vd was living in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood, near where the Tesla containing Celeste's remains was abandoned. Investigators carry a computer and bags of evidence out of the home, and when the garage door is open, police are seen searching another Tesla vehicle inside the garage.
