These stories are written from the perspective from a young person, but are appealing to anyone who might have a hard time nodding off. My voice is soothing and calming and my tales are a little bit nostalgic. I will read each one three times and each time my voice will get a little bit softer. All you need to do is relax and listen. If you wake up in the middle of the night, just listen again. Every time you do, this will gradually teach your brain to fall asleep when you hear my voice. Good night, dear dreamer!
